If you need to return an item
please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA
request to support@designerwalltapestries.com. You will be issued an RMA
number
and instructions on how to send your order back to us. You must be issued a RMA# before you return your
order. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.FREE
Exchanges - We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your
tapestry for one worth 50% of the value. NO Restocking fee! Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping. - Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Tapestries
must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will
be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose
threads, pulls in the tapestry, animal hair, human hair, stains, burns
and odors.
